It is a requirement that patients give a minimum of eight (8) working hours notice for any cancellation – regardless of the reason you may be charged the full fee. The cancellation fee will only be removed if Advanced Physio is able to fill the allocated appointment slot.
Advanced Physio's cancellation policy applies to all patients including those under the Workers Compensation and Department of Veteran’s Affairs Programs who will have to pay the fee personally.
