At Advanced Physiotherapy we provide Injury Prevention, Injury Rehabilitation and Occupational Health Services to sporting organisations, individuals and businesses across the Newcastle/Lake Macquarie and Hunter Region. We manage a broad range of musculoskeletal disorders and have built a unique facility, for optimal management of osteoarthritis, tendon inuries, post-operative conditions, sports injuries, and back pain.

Position Vacant: New or Recent Graduate Physiotherapist
· We are searching for an Australian trained and registered Physiotherapist to join our New/Recent Graduate program.
Key responsibilities may include:
- Treatment of various orthopaedic conditions
- Weekend on-field sporting coverage
- Assisting or taking exercise classes
- Onsite work with corporate clients
- Speaking at community talks
Hours: You will work within the clinic’s normal operating hours. The clinic is open to see patients from 8 am to 7pm Monday to Friday. It is not open Saturday, however this may change in the future.
Remuneration: you will be paid according to the relevant award and will receive holidays, personal/carers leave and superannuation as per this award.
Career Development Opportunities: The aim of this position is to progress the applicant from a new graduate through to a Titled Musculoskeletal or Sports Physiotherapist. The aim of the first year is professional development. You will be gradually allowed to see a limited number of clients as your skills develop. You will be expected to partake in an intensive self-directed professional development program which will include weekend course attendance and after hours reading.
