Get Active Classes
Our Get Active Fitness Classes brings together clients of all-ages with individually tailored programs into a group therapy environment under supervision.
The classes have the following benefits:

Our beginner’s fitness class is a low impact group class designed as an introduction or re-introduction to exercise. Work out with like-minded people looking to improve their general health and get the most out of life.
An accredited Exercise Physiologist, who specialises in chronic disease management and introducing people to exercise, leads “Get Active”. The classes are held in a safe, private gym room with modern equipment and air conditioning. Plus we have ample parking space.
Conditions we focus on:
- Musculoskeletal – Chronic pain
- Orthopaedic – Pre- and post-surgery
- Cardiometabolic – Weight management, obesity, diabetes and metabolic syndrome
- Neuromuscular – CVA (stroke), Parkinson’s Disease
- Multiple Sclerosis (MS)
- Mental Health – Depression and anxiety

Medicare Rebate if Applicable: CDMP $56.00, T2DM $71.80
DVA Referrals, & Medicare Referrals accepted. Health Funds accepted (on assessments only)
