Patrick 

Patrick studied Physiotherapy at The University of Newcastle, during which time he was able to follow his passion for sports medicine and rehabilitation obtaining roles in junior amateur sport right through to elite professional clubs and organisations. Patrick has held professional roles with:

  • The National Rugby League, culminating in being invited to work as part of the concussion and technology sideline injury surveillance team for the 2019 Rugby League 9s World Cup
  • Central Coast Mariners, working within their Academy Physiotherapy Program
  • Newcastle Jets, previously working within their Academy Physiotherapy Program and now currently holding the role of Newcastle Jets Mens Youth Team Head Physiotherapist.

Patrick also spent an extended period of time with the Newcastle Knights Elite Pathways Program as part of an internship in Sports Physiotherapy during his final year of study.

As well as having achieved formal study in Physiotherapy, Patrick has undertaken additional study in the area of Strength & Conditioning with the Australian Strength & Conditioning Association and as such held the role of Head of Strength & Conditioning at Cardiff Australian Rules Football Club in 2022.

Patrick enjoys all areas of Musculoskeletal and Orthopedic Physiotherapy and will see patients right across the age spectrum.

Outside of work Patrick enjoys spending time with his friends and family, staying active and enjoying the beautiful Newcastle Beaches.
