Appointment Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If this happens, we ask that you please give us as much notice as possible so we can offer the appointment to another patient whomay be waiting for care.

 Unlike many providers, we do not routinely charge a cancellation fee. However, repeated short-notice cancellations or non-attendance may limit our ability to provide effective care and may result in discharge from the clinic.
