NICE1 Cold & Compression Therapy
We're excited to introduce the NICE1 Cold & Compression Therapy System to Advanced Physiotherapy.
Unlike traditional ice packs, NICE1 combines controlled cold therapy with programmable compression to help manage pain, swelling and inflammation following injury or surgery.
Potential benefits include:
- Improved swelling management
- Reduced post-operative pain
- Consistent temperature control
- Comfortable, hands-free treatment
NICE1 may be recommended for knee, ankle, shoulder and post-operative rehabilitation where early swelling control can assist recovery.
Ask your Physiotherapist whether NICE1 is suitable for your rehabilitation program.

Delfi Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) Training
We use the Delfi Blood Flow Restriction System, recognised as one of the most accurate and clinically controlled BFR systems available.
Unlike manual cuffs, Delfi measures each patient's individual limb occlusion pressure before applying a precise percentage during exercise. This provides a safer, more consistent and measurable approach to BFR training.
Blood Flow Restriction training can help improve muscle strength and reduce muscle loss while exercising with lighter loads, making it particularly valuable following injury or surgery.

Compex Muscle Stimulation
Our clinic uses Compex Neuromuscular Electrical Stimulation (NMES) to assist with muscle activation and strength retraining during rehabilitation.
Compex can be particularly beneficial when pain, swelling or surgery makes it difficult to voluntarily activate muscles. It may be incorporated into supervised rehabilitation sessions or prescribed as part of a structured home program where appropriate.

Supervised Rehabilitation
Patient safety is our priority.
A Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist is always present during clinic opening hours to supervise rehabilitation and provide guidance.
Patients can access our facility through:
- One-on-one rehabilitation appointments
- Supervised exercise programs
- Get Active classes
- Independent exercise (where clinically appropriate)
Private, Comfortable Environment
Our clinic is fully air-conditioned and designed to provide a welcoming, professional rehabilitation environment.
