Christopher Hook is a Sports Physiotherapist with almost 10 years of experience helping patients recover from injury, improve performance, and return to the activities they enjoy. He holds a Bachelor of Exercise Science, a Bachelor of Physiotherapy, and a Master of Exercise and Sports Physiotherapy.
Christopher has a particular interest in the assessment and treatment of shoulder, elbow, and neck conditions, as well as tendon-related injuries. He combines evidence-based Physiotherapy with a practical, patient-centred approach to achieve the best possible outcomes.
His sporting experience includes working with athletes at a variety of levels, including the Auckland Cricket T20 Tournament, Newcastle Jets Youth program, and Newcastle baseball teams. Christopher enjoys helping both athletes and active individuals return to sport, work, and everyday life with confidence.
