Jessica Dingle is an experienced physiotherapist with over 14 years of clinical experience and a strong focus on pelvic health, women’s health and musculoskeletal rehabilitation.
She holds a Master of Pelvic Health Physiotherapy from the University of Melbourne, a Bachelor of Physiotherapy with Distinction from the University of Newcastle, as well as Graduate Certificates in Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy and Exercise & Women’s Health. Jessica is also an APPI Reformer Pilates Instructor and has completed APA Sports Physiotherapy Levels 1 & 2.
Jessica’s main clinical areas of interest include:
- Pelvic health physiotherapy, including bladder and bowel dysfunction, pelvic floor dysfunction, pelvic organ prolapse and pelvic pain
- Pregnancy and postnatal physiotherapy, including pregnancy-related pain, birth preparation and return to exercise
- Perimenopause and menopause care, with a focus on exercise, musculoskeletal health, pelvic floor function, and osteopenia and osteoporosis management
- Musculoskeletal physiotherapy, particularly low back, pelvic, hip and lower limb conditions, including exercise rehabilitation and strength training
Earlier in her physiotherapy career, Jessica worked with the Newcastle Jets Emerging Jets and Newcastle Jets Youth teams, supporting both men’s and women’s programs.
Jessica takes a practical, evidence-based approach to treatment, with a strong emphasis on helping patients build strength, confidence and long-term function.
