Sophie Tedds is a Physiotherapist with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) from the University of Newcastle. Sophie has developed a strong interest in the management of sports-related injuries, particularly lower limb injuries and lower back pain.
Sophie is passionate about helping patients return to sport, work, and the activities they enjoy through evidence-based treatment and personalised rehabilitation programs. She has gained valuable experience working within football and currently serves as Physiotherapist for the Men's Youth and Boys' Academy teams at the Newcastle Jets Academy. Sophie has also worked with Northern NSW Football representative squads competing at the Emerging Matildas Championships in 2025 and 2026.
